Warranty Statement

This warranty applies to all flushmount products purchased from FlushMounts. These products, which are not typically considered consumable, are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers any damages or defects that are determined to be the result of a fault in the product. It does not cover damages resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the product

• Failure to assemble the product in accordance with the provided instructions

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

In the event that a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, FlushMounts will, at its discretion, either:

1. Repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or

2. Replace the product with a new replacement that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.

Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty does not apply to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings, that are designed to diminish over time, unless a failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

Lodging a Warranty Claim: To lodge a warranty request, please fill out the warranty request form below with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. FlushMounts reserves the right to inspect the product and determine the validity of the warranty claim.
